Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer a 7-day refund window from your initial purchase date. This allows you to review the first Success Kit and ensure it meets your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Have not previously received a refund for the same product
  • Submit your request via email to support@threadthrill.com

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@threadthrill.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Plan purchased (Starter Store, Scale & Design, or Full Powerhouse)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are credited to your original payment method through Whop. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days after approval.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Whop or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You keep access to all previously delivered Success Kits
  • No future charges will be made
  • No prorated refunds for partial subscription periods

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Subsequent monthly renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes (contact us first)
  • Abuse of refund policy

Digital Product Nature

Because ThreadThrill products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned." Our 7-day window exists to give you time to review the materials and confirm they meet your needs.
