1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ThreadThrill E-Com Launchpad, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ThreadThrill provides digital products including Monthly Blueprints, Winning Product Sheets, Video Ad Vaults, Shopify Templates, Automation Workflows, and related e-commerce resources. All products are delivered digitally via email upon purchase.

3. Use License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business use. Under this license you may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share materials with non-purchasers (except PLR-licensed content in Full Powerhouse tier)
  • Claim authorship of ThreadThrill materials
  • Use materials in a way that competes directly with ThreadThrill
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

4. PLR Rights (Full Powerhouse Only)

Full Powerhouse subscribers receive Private Label Rights (PLR) on designated materials. PLR allows you to:

  • Rebrand and customize PLR-designated materials
  • Resell as your own products or lead magnets
  • Use in client deliverables

PLR does not grant you rights to resell the PLR license itself or distribute raw source files.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to previously delivered materials
  • No further Success Kits will be delivered
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months

7. Disclaimer

ThreadThrill materials are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding income, business success, or specific results. E-commerce involves inherent risks. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThreadThrill and Ashley Taylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ThreadThrill are owned by Ashley Taylor / ThreadThrill. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
